Thank you for choosing Orbit Sage. Because our services involve customized psychological testing, automated report generation, and dedicated time reserved for personalized consultations, the following terms govern refunds, cancellations, and session rescheduling:
1. Automated Psychometric Reports & Digital Products
- Non-Refundable: All purchases of automated digital assets, such as the Psychometric Assessment & Report or downloadable digital products, are 100% non-refundable once the payment is completed and/or access to the assessment/report is dispatched.
- Because these digital goods are delivered instantly or processed dynamically upon data submission, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once generated.
2. Consultation Sessions (1-on-1 Guidance)
- Rescheduling Policy (24–48 Hours Notice): If you need to reschedule your confirmed session (such as the Education & Career Clarity Consultation or Deep Career Mapping), you must notify us at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot via email at hello@orbitsage.in or WhatsApp at +91 96502 04414. We will accommodate a new time slot based on schedule availability.
- Late Rescheduling & No-Shows: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (No-Show), will result in forfeiture of the session fee without a refund.
- Consultation Cancellations: Once booked, consultation fees are non-refundable; however, sessions may be rescheduled once within the specified 24–48 hour notice window.
3. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions
In the event of a technical error resulting in a double debit or excess charge during checkout via our payment gateway, the duplicate amount will be verified and refunded back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
